    Singing Bowls - Produce rich, harmonic tones that can induce relaxation and meditative states.

    Drumming - Rhythmic drumming can facilitate emotional release and group cohesion.

    Binaural Beats - This technique involves playing two slightly different frequencies in each ear to create a perceived third tone, promoting relaxation and altered states of consciousness.

    Each modality can be adapted to individual preferences and needs, making sound healing a versatile and deeply personal experience.
